Muammar Gadhafi was speaking to some women which claimed to be libyan and told stories of their children or themselves not getting any medical treatment and they have to beg on the streets. In Libya healt care is completely free. If you can't be treated in Libya the costs are paid for a treatment abroad. Medicine not available in Libya is bought abroad and available for the patients then.These are the dirty tricks of utter immoral people which are fullfilled with greed and ignorance.We saw this in many countries in South America, Africa, Middle-East and Asia.
